2010 Board – Open Positions
Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator (2-4 hours per week) – As a young chapter, building strong relations in the local community by publicizing and marketing our projects and events projects is key to our success. Help us out by taking the lead in these efforts (Previous marketing and/or advertising experience preferred, but not required. Must have access to and be familiar with necessary software like photoshop etc.)**
Corporate Liaison (2-4 hours per week) - Help us build strong partnerships with local corporations by fielding for corporate involvement opportunities and developing corporate sponsorship materials and coordinating presentations with local companies.**
Grants Coordinator (2-4 hours per week) - Fundraising is a key component to the success of our projects. Help out projects by looking for potential grant opportunities and proofreading grant applications (previous experience preferred, but not required).**
**Mentoring and help is readily available from current Board members for all opportunities.

Mentor Opportunities:
Student Project Mentor: The University of California, Irvine is embarking on their first EWB overseas project in Kenya, Africa! They are currently looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in water and/or sanitation design who is willing to travel to Kenya in Summer 2010 to mentor them through the project.
